KENTUCKY HOMELESS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION
Louisville CoC is part of a state-wide Homeless Management Information
System (HMIS) called Kentucky HMIS. KYHMIS is managed by the Kentucky
Housing Corp. in Frankfort, KY and it uses Servicepoint 5 software. The
Coalition for the Homeless is responsible for KYHMIS administration in
the Louisville Continuum.
The Coalition for the Homeless is collecting
personal information about the homeless clients.

Data quality reports need to be submitted to Coalition 1 week after
the Point in Time dates. 2011 PIT dates are:
Coalition will send out email specifying the type of DQ report to
submit and the report start/end dates.
KYHMIS is governed by the KY Interagency Council on
Homelessness (KICH). KICH Data subcommittee deals with HMIS policies and
procedures and it holds quarterly meetings at the Kentucky Housing Corp.
offices. If you would like to attend a KITCH meeting, please contact
the HMIS administrator (email
email@example.com). The KYHMIS system administrators hold
monthly coordination meetings, also at KHC in Frankfort. If you would
like to participate, please contact the HMIS administrator.
