KENTUCKY HOMELESS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (HMIS)
Louisville CoC is part of a state-wide Homeless Management Information
System (HMIS) called Kentucky HMIS. KYHMIS is managed by the Kentucky
Housing Corp. in Frankfort, KY and it uses Servicepoint 5 software. The
Coalition for the Homeless is responsible for KYHMIS administration in
the Louisville Continuum. The Coalition for the Homeless is collecting personal information about the homeless clients.
SUPPORT:
Submit help requests online through the HMIS Helpdesk website: http://kyhmis.zendesk.com. Your will receive updates on your request by email. If you need immediate assistance, call Coalition HMIS desk at 502-636-9550 ex. 18 or call the Kentucky Housing HMIS desk at 502-564-7630 ex. 446.

KYHMIS MEETINGS:
KYHMIS is governed by the KY Interagency Council on Homelessness (KICH). KICH Data subcommittee deals with HMIS policies and procedures and it holds quarterly meetings at the Kentucky Housing Corp. offices. If you would like to attend a KITCH meeting, please contact the HMIS administrator (email rvodacek@louhomeless.org). The KYHMIS system administrators hold monthly coordination meetings, also at KHC in Frankfort. If you would like to participate, please contact the HMIS administrator.
